Cancellation Policy

Payment must be made in full before any services are rendered. Booking a scheduled appointment only holds your cleaning for the desired day. Allow a two-hour buffer window for the car detailing expert to arrive. Prior scheduled appointments often run over as we always try to satisfy our customers. Any updates or changes to your reservation will be given within one hour of the scheduled arrival time.

Please text 737-707-5103 or log online within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel your appointment. Cars with pet hair or large amounts of debris may be subject to additional costs up to $125.00 to the original quoted amount. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or decline work if the job is too much to handle.
